This product has helped me relax and fall asleep quickly on nights when I’m feeling anxious. It’s exactly what I was looking for in a CBD product. Dosage - Finding Your Sweet Spot
You want to find your personal CBD dosage 'sweet spot'. Each person is different, so each CBD dosage must be custom tailored to you. An individual's unique metabolism and wellness will all factor into their CBD dosage 'sweet spot'.
The rule of thumb for CBD is start low and go slow.
Many people, including health care providers, use high initial doses of CBD hoping to get quick results. CBD does not function this way.
Mindset Calm Drops Recommended Regimen
Start with a 1/2 dropper full three times during the day and once before bedtime.
Stay with a 1/2 dropper full 4 times a day for 7 days.
Evaluate. Keep track of how you are feeling, your mindset, and any effects you may have.
If you are not experiencing any benefits after 7 days, increase your daily dose by 1/4 dropper.
Stay at this dose for 7 days.

Keep track of how you are feeling, your mindset, and any effects you may have. If you find the benefits decreased once you went to this higher dose, simply return to the previous dose.
It's very important to be patient during this process.
- Drops are taken sublingually, which means under your tongue.
- For best results, keep under your tongue for 45 seconds and try to avoid eating for 15 minutes.
- Drops will be absorbed almost immediately.
- Drops can also be added to your favorite food recipes and teas.
