    Lyss Stern is a renowned author, mental health advocate, and passionate advocate for the well-being of all parents. With her extensive expertise and dedication, she has become a trusted voice in the parenting community, advocating for the importance of self-care and mental health support for moms and dads alike.

    Founded in 2003, Lyss created Divamoms as a way for chic new moms to network and help them get their groove back (feel “divalysscious”!) post pregnancy.
