Mindset Happy Drops Recommended Regimen

Start with 1/2 dropper full three times during the day and once before bedtime. Total Cannabinoids: 66 mg

Stay with 1/2 dropper 4 times a day for 7 days.

Evaluate. Keep track of how you are feeling, your mindset and any effects you may have. 

If you are not experiencing any benefits after 7 days, increase your daily dose by 1/4 dropper. Total cannabinoids: 99 mg
Stay at this dose for 7 days.

Once you feel you've achieved a noticeable improvement, take it up one more 1/2 dropper dose and you should be in your personalized dosage 'sweet spot'.

If you find the benefits decreased once you went to this higher dose, simply return to the previous dose.
